By registering an account and using any dbt77 service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms set out on this page. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dbt77, the operator of the online gaming platform at dbt77.club. 1. Eligibility Requirements

- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or with restricted legal capacity may not register.
- All funds deposited into your dbt77 account must belong to you personally. Depositing on behalf of another person is prohibited.
- Each individual is permitted to hold only one dbt77 account. Opening multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
- Employees, contractors, agents and direct family members of persons employed by or affiliated with dbt77 are not eligible to hold a player account.
dbt77 reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of the eligibility requirements set out in this section, and to void any bets, winnings or bonuses associated with that account.
2. Account Registration and Verification
To access dbt77 platform features, you must complete the account registration process using accurate, current and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information held in your account and must update it promptly if any details change.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dbt77 login credentials. dbt77 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You must not disclose your login details to any third party. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
dbt77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where that use resulted from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact dbt77 support immediately.
KYC Verification
dbt77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. You may be required to provide any of the following:
- Government-issued photo identification such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence.
- Proof of address dated within the last three months such as a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence.
- Proof of the payment method used for deposits, such as a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad or Rocket transaction history where applicable.
- Any additional documentation requested by dbt77 in connection with a specific transaction or account review.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
dbt77 offers deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for Bangladesh players. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dbt77 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made using local Bangladesh payment methods, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges.
Deposit Conditions
- Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by dbt77, though your payment provider's own transaction limits apply.
- Deposits are credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within ten minutes, contact dbt77 support with your transaction reference.
- dbt77 may decline or reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity, a disputed payment or a payment from a source that does not belong to the account holder.
- Deposits made using promotional bonus credits are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed back to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay wallet used for deposits wherever possible.
- Standard withdrawal requests via bKash or Nagad for amounts up to ৳50,000 are processed within approximately 3 minutes. Larger amounts or accounts requiring additional KYC verification may take longer.
- dbt77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. Players must ensure their KYC documentation is up to date to avoid delays.
- All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted and will be declined.
dbt77 does not hold or process funds on behalf of third parties. Attempting to withdraw to a third-party payment account is a breach of these Terms and will result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being reviewed for potential suspension.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
dbt77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional welcome bonuses constitutes bonus abuse.
- dbt77 reserves the right to withhold or void a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, irregular betting patterns or any activity inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
- Bonuses and free spins expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the account balance.
dbt77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect bets or bonus claims already in progress at the time the modification takes effect. Seasonal promotions tied to BPL, IPL, Eid or Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific terms published alongside each promotion.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the dbt77 platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.
Sports Betting Rules
- Minimum bet on any sports market is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
- All bets are final once confirmed. dbt77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases of an obvious technical error on the part of the platform.
- In the event of a cricket match or other sporting event being abandoned, postponed or interrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific market, which are published within the betting interface.
- dbt77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or data error, and to re-settle such bets at the correct odds where they can be determined.
Casino and Slot Game Rules

- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period when increased.
- Session time limits: Players may set reminders that alert them after a defined period of continuous play. These are available from account settings and do not automatically end a session.
- Cool-off periods: Players wishing to take a temporary break may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period the account will be suspended and no bets or deposits will be accepted.
- Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop using dbt77 services entirely for a defined period may request self-exclusion by contacting dbt77 support. The account will be re-enabled only after the exclusion period has expired and the player submits a written reactivation request.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbt77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to the relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the dbt77 platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match or betting market.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including funds derived from money laundering, fraud or theft.
- Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a self-exclusion or account closure decision.

Where dbt77 identifies or suspects any prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, withhold all funds pending investigation, void affected bets and bonuses, and permanently close the account if the investigation confirms the breach.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the dbt77 platform, including software, source code, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio and video materials, is the intellectual property of dbt77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the dbt77 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the dbt77 platform or its content.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of dbt77 intellectual property may constitute an infringement of applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and will be addressed accordingly.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbt77 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the following:
- Interruption, suspension or termination of the dbt77 platform or any service, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by technical maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures or force majeure events.
- Loss of winnings, profits or data resulting from any technical error, game malfunction, network interruption or any other cause beyond dbt77's reasonable control.
- Any loss arising from the player's own decision to place a bet, claim a bonus or use any feature of the dbt77 platform. Players accept that gaming involves financial risk and that losses are a possible outcome of participation.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which dbt77 operates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the dbt77 platform that cannot be resolved through dbt77's internal complaints process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts competent in that jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the dbt77 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
